General Workout

45 min-1 hr: $30

This is the most common session that I provide and it is 45 min to an hour of strength training that I can provide.  This includes a warmup, working session and then a cooldown. You get to go through the workout and I will provide feedback and help you push yourself throughout the session.  Payment is due before the start of the session. 

Monthly Sessions

45 min-1 hr: $300

This service is the same as the general workout session except this is for the month. The month subscription is a workout plan that will be provided catered toward the client and their goals. There will be 12 sessions provided and this plan adds up to $25 a session, and also buying the month will keep both of us accountable for each other and see the best results. This service provides a specific workout plan and 1 on 1 training. Payment needs to be made before the first day or after the first day of the training session.
